Hello and welcome to "That Floor Guy"! My name is Rafael (that's a pic of me on the left), and I'm a passionate advocate for the timeless beauty and durability of hardwood floors. With over 5 years of experience in the flooring industry, I've had the privilege of transforming countless homes and spaces with the warmth and elegance of wood.
From the rustic charm of oak to the sophisticated sheen of maple, I've worked with a myriad of wood types, each telling its own unique story. This blog is a culmination of my experiences, insights, and love for hardwood flooring. Beyond floors, I'm a cat lover (yes cats) you will see my two buddies in a few of my blog posts, I workout 3x a week, I have a tremendous passion for SEO and creating awesome content to help people find answers to questions and above all else I love my family. When I'm not discussing finishes or plank widths, you can find me exploring a beach and catching a tan! I love being by the water, it brings me tremendous peace, who knows maybe one day I will live by the water!
